Dolores Marie Krynock was born on May 8, 1929, and went on to meet her Savior on August 18, 2023. Dolores and her late husband of 70 years, John George Krynock (May 2021) lived in Naples for over 30 years. Dolores passed peacefully at the age of 94 years old. Dolores was born in Oneida, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Josephine Thomas. She graduated from Thompson College (Harrisburg, PA) and pursued a career in business administration.
Her passions were ballroom dancing, duplicate bridge, YMCA activities, gardening, baking & cooking, tennis, reading the bible, vacations with family, was a pioneer in healthy living lifestyle and focused on healthy eating. Dolores achieved Gold Life Master in the American Contract Bridge League; a highly esteemed accomplishment in playing contract bridge. Dolores and her late husband were ballroom dance instructors for over 30 years. She and her late husband were members and active at St. Williams Church in Naples, Florida.
She will be fondly remembered by siblings Carol Thomas Kiefer and Robert Krynock; loving mother of John G. Krynock II, Cheryl Friszman and Lisa Dettinger, proud grandmother of Kimberly Krynock (deceased), John G. Krynock III, Aron Friszman, Michelle Wurschmidt, Anthony Dettinger, Michaela Dettinger, and Jared Friszman, and seven great grandchildren: Alina and Brantley Friszman, Levi and Makenzie Wurschmidt, Michael and Rey Dettinger, Elijah Friszman and many more cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who knew her.
We will celebrate the life she lived and the legacy of love and faith she passed onto her family and friends. Mass at St. William’s Church, 601 Seagate Dr, Naples, Florida on Wednesday, October 11 at 10:00 am. The interment will follow at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108.
