Originally from New York, and a longtime resident of Naples, Frances is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Raleigh.
After first moving to Florida in 1978, Frances and Raleigh lived on Marco Island where Frances worked for the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce for eight years. They later moved to Naples where Frances enjoyed volunteering her time at the Naples Philharmonic.
At the family's request, there will be no services at this time.
