

James R. Colosimo, 74, of Naples, FL, formerly of Bradford, PA died on June 26, 2012. Mr. Colosimo was a graduate of St. Vincent’s College. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who later entered the real estate business; he was the original developer of TwinEagles Golf and Country Club. He enjoyed charitable fundraising, having worked with St. Matthews House, Collier County Pregnancy Center and The Arch Diocese of Venice. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Karen; children, Joan Colosimo (Glen Barron), Joseph Colosimo (Melissa), Nickolas Colosimo and Francis Colosimo (Angela); his sister Judi Robinson of Phoenix, AZ , his brother-in-law Robert DeBoy (Suzanne), ten grandchildren, five great-granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray G. and Alice Showers Colosimo, his brother Corby, his brother-n-law Joe Robinson and a granddaughter Michele Sutherland. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 5 until 8pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Leo Catholic Church, 28290 Beaumont Rd., Bonita Springs, FL on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 9:30am. Entombment will follow at Naples Memorial Gardens.
