Today we said farewell to the kindest, most generous and selfless soul I have ever had the privilege to call my friend. She was my confidante, my biggest cheerleader, my "partner in crime", and the person I trusted most in this world.  She made me laugh, lifted me up when I was down, and she was never too busy to let me know she was thinking about me and that she would be there for me if I needed her. There simply are not enough words or enough ways to describle how much this magnificent soul meant to me, just as there is no way to calculate the number of lives this lovely lady touched and changed. I will miss her brilliant smile and her infectious laugh, but most of all, I will miss the joy, compassion, acceptance, and love she brought with her every time she entered a room.  I love you, Jo-ann, and you will forever live on in my heart, mind, and soul.

She was a classy lady.   She was a friend.  She is with God now and not in pain anymore.  She will be in our hearts forever.  I loved her and I will miss her.

Remember those who are in prison, as if in prison with them (Heb 13:3) - She was a treasure to thousands, who could always see the most beautiful things in others.  With, or without words, she could convey that idea in such a way that she made everyone around her feel special.  She was truly beautiful, and will be sorely missed.

Thanks for being my friend and for our fun breakfasts and lunches. You always made me laugh and feel better about myself. You've gone way too soon.

I love you my friend! I will miss your smile and our talks.

Jo-Ann was such a sweet and caring woman, her smile was contagious.  We always spoke about family and she loved to share about her granddaughter.  My deepest sympathy to the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear we lost an amazing lady.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.  She is now free of pain.  RIP JoAnn.  You will be missed.

JoAnne was a warm and caring individual I always enjoyed seeing her around the corridors of the courthouse. She was one of the first people I met when I started working here. I will remember her smile. May the peace that comes from memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead.

Joann was a wonderful person who always had a smile to share. She was such a classy lady. It was very apparent that she was so proud of her son and granddaughter. I hated to see her retire because she was just a pleasure to be around. If there were more people like her on this earth it would definitely be a much better place.  I feel fortunate to have known her and my thoughts have been with Chris and Brianna and her family.  I hope God holds you all a little closer in this very difficult time.
