Joyce Lynn Duesing

Joyce Lynn Duesing, 77, Naples, FL passed away on June 3, 2020. She was born Blue Island, Illinois to the late Gordon and Dorothy Postweiler.

Joyce earned her master’s degree and devoted her life to education. After retirement, Joyce and her husband moved to Naples FL where they enjoyed many friends, activities, and clubs.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Duesing; son, Blain Duesing and 2 grandchildren.

A luncheon is planned to celebrate Joyce’s life on July 8th, 2020 from 12-2:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108

Heartfelt sympathy on your loss. Joyce was one of kind - very competent, classy, and intelligent. We worked together as counselors for at-risk students. Not only was she easy to work with but she also had a great sense of humor. She will be missed.
