Kay Lain, age 82, passed away peacefully at her Naples, FL. home December 5, 2023. She was born in Dover, OH, July 2, 1941 to the late George and Rita Reed. A graduate of Central Catholic High School and Stark Technical College. She worked as a Cancer Registrar at Akron General Hospital in Akron, OH until retiring to Naples in 2007.
Kay is survived by her husband Jack of 64 years, a son Jeff (Sheryl), daughters Kolleen (Lorrie) and Kristine (Ken); a brother Terry (Rosalie); 3 grandchildren, Kenny, Kassandra and Kaylee.
Funeral Mass will be Friday, January 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Naples, Florida. Celebration of Kay’s life immediately following Mass.
