Kristine was one of the loveliest people I ever had the pleasure of knowing. We served on the Board of the Junior League of Boston for a number of years. She was kind, so thoughtful taking everyone’s opinion in consideration, possessing a delightfully sunny disposition, and who could forget her beautiful smile. So many happy memories come to mind,  from lunch at the Wellesley Country Club to her being an advisor to me when I was new to the League and chaired Public Affairs. I will always remember her fondly and extend my condolences to her husband, daughters, and her whole family.

Kristine was such a lovely person.  She was sincere, welcoming, friendly, helpful, dependable, just a true pleasure to be with.  We always enjoyed socializing and golfing with her.  She will be greatly missed.  Our deepest sympathy to Davey and the family.

Saying goodbye to Kristine feels impossible because someone like her doesn’t leave quietly. She leaves behind echoes — in the laughter she shared, the kindness she gave freely, and the lives she touched simply by being herself.  Her beautiful smile and shining blue eyes were always a warm welcome anytime I saw her.  She was so fun to be with, on and off the golf course.  She cared so deeply for Davey, her children, and her grandchildren.  They were her joy, her life.  
It hurts deeply to lose her. 

But even as we grieve, we carry her with us. In our memories, yes — but more importantly, in the way we choose to live. If we love a little more generously, listen a little more patiently, and forgive a little more freely, then she lives on through us.

Let us remember her not only in tears, but in gratitude. For the time we had. For the love she gave. For the legacy she leaves in every soul she touched.

I was so happy to see Kristine at our high school reunion last summer. We attended Wisconsin together (lived in same dorm). I immediately recognized her engaging smile and friendly ways!

So glad to have known Kristine and Davey for so many years and call them friends.  Kristine  you brought a lot of joy and happiness to many people, especially your family.    Davey loved and cared for you so much—sending him a big Green Bay Packers hug from me.

We were deeply saddened to hear about Christine’s passing. Her laughter, kindness and steady spirit on and off the golf course  will stay with us always. 
Christine will be missed more than words can express but her memory will continue to bring light to all of us who knew her.

To Davey and the rest of the Scoon family. I was terribly saddened and shocked to hear the news of Christine’s passing. Those who knew her loved her. In my mind she always embodied all the wonderful traits of the Midwest: warm ,kind ,smart , great sense of humor and cared for others! She was always fun to be with, full of humor ,a great laugh and smile. In my mind I will always think of her running to the net ,racquet up and laughing . Although I haven’t seen Davey and Christine recently I have the memories of the many good times we shared living in Dover. My deepest sympathies to all of you. We will all miss her. Doug Mathisen

One was always happy to see Kristine coming.  She was a true friend to so many of us.  We will miss her warmth and no-nonsense attitude.  I consider myself lucky to have known her in Naples, Blessings to her dear family ❤️
