Marc is survived by his children, Marline Tanis Courageux, Jean Tanis, Magdala Tanis, Janot Tanis; siblings, Saintelaine Tanis, Adiana Tanis, Irene Tanis, Lucienne Tanis and granddaughter Liyah A. Courageux. Marc came to the States to pursue a better life for him and his family in the late 70s and started a career in auto body shop repair in Miami, Fl until he retired. He was known for his great sense of humor, being a hard worker, and his love for Jesus Christ. He was also an uncle and a friend to many. He will be remembered and missed by many.
