

Margaret Kleinheinz, 91, of Naples, Florida passed away on June 18, 2015. Margaret was born in Beloit, Wisconsin to Edna (Priem) and George Clark on May 3, 1924. She attended Saint Mary’s School of Nursing in Madison, Wisconsin. During that time she met James Kleinheinz, a flight cadet in the US Army Air Corp. They were married 67 years. James preceded her in death on December 26, 2011. They had two children, Clark (Rusty) and John. Margaret and her family resided many years in Monona, Wisconsin.
Mom loved all animals and had dogs as pets all of her life. She was especially fond of her German Shepherd, Myles, and her three Siberian Huskies, Saffire, Ashley and Winston. She enjoyed her dogs right up until age 90. Mom spent mornings at her favorite dog park in Naples with her beloved dogs and visiting with her many friends. This was the highlight of her day, every day. Mom was also an avid sports fan and loved to watch pro football and golf with Dad and her two sons, Rusty and Johnny. She was a Green Bay Packer fan! She was a good athlete growing up and loved to play golf with her friends. Mom was a gifted singer in her earlier years and sang like a songbird, never out of tune. Mom enjoyed playing cards with friends at her weekly card group. She loved life to the fullest! Mom loved to travel and her travels covered most of Europe, Africa, South America and the United States. Her last trip was at age 84 to her beloved Ireland. We love you Mom and we will see you again!
She is survived by her sons: Clark (Rusty) Kleinheinz and his wife, Julie Ostby, of Naples and John Kleinheinz and his wife, Jane Merklein, of Middleton, WI. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Tara Bremer (Kevin), Tina Kleinheinz, James Kleinheinz (Claudia), Michael Kleinheinz (Stephanie), Troy Kleinheinz (Melanie), and Heather Kleinheinz. Margaret has 12 great-grandchildren. In addition, Margaret is survived by her brother, John Clark. The family would like to thank Patty Calloway and her daughter, Chelsea; and Judy and Frank and Darnell for all of their care and friendship.
A Memorial Service will take place at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 2:00PM.
Visitors may greet family prior to the memorial service from 1:30-2:00PM.
