Marjorie Marie Feuser, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, was called home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 25, 2025, at the age of 89. Born September 12, 1935, in St. Marys, Ohio, she was the oldest of five children born to Carl and Frieda Ankerman.
Margie graduated from the Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and married the love of her life, Harold Feuser, on November 24, 1956. Together, they raised four children while she worked as a registered nurse and later as a bookkeeper for Feuser Heating & Air Conditioning.
At the age of 50, Margie and Harold made a bold move to Florida, where she began a new chapter in her life. She combined her devotion to the Lord, her love for people, and her passion for travel by becoming the top recruiting Tour Host in the history of Educational Opportunities. Margie traveled to every continent and visited over 100 countries, including 83 visits to the Holy Land, while leading over 300 tours and touching the lives of more than 3,000 passengers.
A devoted member of her church, Margie was active in Sunday School and missionary programs, finding time to volunteer for pro-life organizations, organize neighborhood activities, and open her home to others at every opportunity. Margie also had a love for writing, music, and enjoyed playing the piano and accordion.
Margie was preceded in death by her siblings, Don Ankerman, Ken Ankerman, and Patsy Murray.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 68 years, Harold, their children: Mark, Kevin (Mary), Dan, and Stephanie (Stuart) Miller, her sister, Connie (Mark) Torsell, and her cherished grandchildren, Moriah Taft, Michaela, Wesley, and Yates Miller.
A celebration of Margie’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 15th, at Grace Lutheran Church on Banyan Blvd in Naples, with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Grace Lutheran Church in her memory.
Margie’s legacy of faith, love, and service to others will continue to inspire all who knew her.
