Nico left us much too soon in life. What wonderful memories I have of Nico and my boys playing all those sports together at our Four Seasons homes. They had so much fun. And every season they played another sport. Non-stop in the front yard or driveway. Laughing, arguing foul calls,  talking trash. It was always Nico and Mike against Matt and Jeff.  I remember Nico as always being happy and so full of personality and life.  That is how  our family will  remember him. God Bless you, and Nico.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Nico was a perfect gentleman every time I spoke with him. He has a beautiful family and have been blessed to know most of them. I always praised him for the life he was building for his children and wife and thought that if I was his mother I would be so proud of him. He left us all with great memories to treasure and is with a joyful heart that I hope we will see each other again in front of our Heavenly Father with whom he walks now and forevermore. 

Nick , Celia and the La Grasta Family, we are so sadden to hear about Nico's death.  Our sympathies and love to all of you.  May your memories bring smiles and even laughter in the passing of time when thoughts of your son bring you happiness and sunshine back into your lives.


Nick and Cila, we were heartbroken to hear of Nico’s passing. We didn’t know Nico well, or for long, but he did share some of his ambitions and dreams. He talked about following in his dad’s footsteps and it was clear that he admired Nick and loved his entire family deeply. He was so proud of his wife and the family they were building. Every time we saw Nico he had a smile on his face. He was a pleasure to work with and talk to. He was a sweet young man. You and his entire family are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. 

Big fella I will miss you. From living with you, taking the first trip to California with you, being sparring partners, almost having to fight side by side at a college party, protecting one another, to having the time of our lives at every moment. I will miss such a caring, ambitious, brave, and hard working soul. I still remember the time you beat me in those sprints at boxing conditioning in the mornings because you told me I’d better be ready. I will miss those moments. We were like the combo of Rocky Balboa and Apollo Creed. He’d push me and I’d push him. I will miss you and let that dream we had live on through me. I love you bro always and I got your family. Sending all my love to the LaGrasta Family and I got you guys forever. 

 The love that you and Nico shared was an inspiration to us all. I’m sorry I never had the opportunity to meet Nico,  but I know how much you loved and admired your husband. Please know that I am thinking of you during this difficult time.

I was so happy to have been his neighbor for a few years. I just want to say he was such a kind, caring and very special person . He truly will be missed, and I was so happy to have known him if even for a short while, he certainly made the world a better place .  May he rest in eternal peace🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙

Nothing can explain this void in my heart. You were everything to me. You were so genuine. The world has lost the most charismatic and caring soul. I will never know anyone like you again. I love you my sweet Nico.

I remember when u first brought Nico to meet me during the  holidays when u were home. He was the most precious young man I’d  ever met. He was so excited about going deer hunting with your Dad and killing his first deer. I remember that beautiful smile that lit up the room the whole time he was telling me all about it.
