To my dear father...You were an inspiration not only to me but to my children,grandchildren and all who knew you. I have never known anyone in my life with the determination and strength to live through all the pain and suffering you went through. I know how hard you fought, and it broke everyone's heart to see you suffer. So now, knowing you are in heaven, looking down on all of us I hope you can see all the love and admiration your family and friends have for you....love you forever...Sally❤

It is so sad to have seen Mr. Gianino suffer as long as he did.  He persevered despite all his ailments.  He was blessed to have had such a supportive family.  It was such an honor to have taken care of this sweet man. I loved him not only as a patient, but almost like a grandfather.  I will miss him terribly.
Right now, I am sure he is driving a number of different sporty cars up in Heaven.
