She was born August 17, 1932 in Bangor, PA the daughter of Tecla Mirto and Anthony Asquino.
After graduating high school, she attended Penn State University and worked for Women’s Day Magazine. In 1958, she married Perry Silverman. Together with their family, they moved to Naples in 1975, where she started her business the Naples Outlet that she ran for 20 years.
Rosemarie enjoyed volunteering with Naples Chamber of Commerce, Humane Society of Naples, and Gulf Coast Runners. She loved traveling, playing bingo, and cruising around the world. She was always happy, kind, and generous.
Survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Perry Silverman; son, Mike and wife Dawn Silverman of Naples; daughter, Tami Cappelini of Paonia, Colorado; grandson, Sean Davidson of Denver, Colorado.
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108. Friends may gather from 10:30-11:00.
