I was saddened to hear of Skip’s passing.
My husband and I were friends of his parents, and knew Skip from a very young age.
He was a remarkable young man even then, and one who stood out as a role model for others to follow.
My heartfelt sympathy to you, and  your entire family.

Skip...another torch has passed.  Your parents would welcome us with grace, as we invaded your home!!! With fond memories, I celebrate your Dad!

I remember fondly the times my parents would visit Russ and Eloise on Keuka Lake and take us swimming at their home.  Very nice people, the Sopers, will remember Russ as a physical education teacher as well as a coach for PYA athletics.My deepest sympathies to Skip, Victoria and their families.

Skip,  I'd like to send my sympathy to you and your family.  Your Dad and mother were a big part of my life.  We always reminisce about your parents at our class reunions.  They won't be forgotten.

WE LIVE IN LAMPLIGHTER VILLAGE AND RUSSELL & ELOISE WERE
LONG TIME NEIGHBORS AND AN ACTIVE COUPLE TO THE COMMUNITY.  WE HAVE SO MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THEM.  THEIR HOME WAS ALWAYS DECORATED FOR THE MOST RECENT SPECIAL DAY OF THE YEAR.  ELOISE WAS AN ENTERTAINER MAKING US LAUGH OUT LOUD WHILE RUSS LOOKED ON WITH PRIDE.  WE MISS THEM BOTH.  RUSS HAS BEEN LONELY.  MAY HE REST IN PEACE WITH ELOISE.
