I just learned of his passing today, and my heart is broken. He was a good man who was kind to everyone from all walks of life. I loved him from the minute I met him, and I will never forget his kindnesses  to Dylan. May he rest well after a life well lived, and know that he leaves a lasting impression. His loud laugh and quick smile were truly a joy to behold. The world is a less bright and shiny place without him.

We just want to say how sorry we are to hear of Tom's passing.  You and Tom were the first people we met at the Bordeaux Club.  We only talked to Tom briefly from the window of your condo and then once more at the elevator.  In just those short minutes, we could tell that Tom was a kind and funny man.  Someone that you could talk to and have a laugh and a drink with.   

We want to extend our deepest sympathy to you, Joy.  You will be in our prayers.

Brian & I remember it like it was yesterday, coming down for the first time to spend time with Norma & Stevie. And there he was in all his glory, what a pleasure it was to meet both of you.. Tom was a beacon, filled with spirit, energy, fun, sharp and never short of advise or commentary. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.  We will miss seeing Tom when we visit Naples. Tom Edwards was truly a gift from God.
Few men are so colorful, a history that was mesmerizing to listen to,  stories of he and Joy's days in the Hamptons.  Photos and memories of his family's past  in Ireland. A man that not only appreciated being loved but also enjoyed sharing his love with others.
The world will miss this man, for there are very very few like him.

We are profoundly and deeply saddened for your loss. 
Tom was so very dear to David and I and to our entire family.  He was a wonderful man with with a BIG heart and he had the most beautiful smile.

We are trying to laugh through our tears recalling all of  the times that we were with Tom and remembering some of the things that he'd say.  He was one of a kind!
