Bill was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to Arlene and William on September 27, 1962. He married Kristin Harper on April 3, 1993 in Chatham, New Jersey. Bill graduated from Rutgers University and worked as a Sterilization Manager in the medical device industry throughout his 35-year career. He was previously involved as Master Mason at Enterprise Masonic Lodge in Jersey City. He enjoyed 70’s music, supporting his alma mater at football games with friends, and loved spending time with his wife and children at the pool.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents Arlene and William and his daughter Sarah.
Bill is survived by his wife, Kristin Rowlands; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Chase; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Shannon; daughters Madison and Rebecca; sons, Evan and Ashton; sister, Donna; and grandchildren Charlotte and Miles.
A gathering will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 PM.
