Brian A. Kelly, Esq. entered into eternal life on November 1, 2016. Brian is survived by his devoted wife Melissa (King) and his adored children, Shane, Jake and Grace. Brian is also survived by his parents, Ann Marie and State Supreme Court Justice William A. Kelly, his brother Michael, his sisters Veronica, Maureen and Eileen and their respective spouses Michael, Scott and Edward. He is also survived by by his mother and father in law, Penny and Wayne King, and his sisters in law Penny and Anne and their respective spouses Chelsea and Kyle. Brian attended Clarkstown North High School, Cornell University and Fordham Law School and made treasured, lifelong friends at each school. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, November 4, 2016 at 1:00 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 128 Parrott Road, West Nyack, N. Y. 10994. A celebration of Brian's life will be at the New York Country Club,103 Brick Church Rd., New Hempstead, NY 10977, from 4:00 to 10:00pm.
