Q conducted trainings and home studies for foster parents at the Bair Foundation. We all admired her honesty, passion, and ability to connect with our parents. She included personal experiences in her training to make the material more relatable. One time when I was overwhelmed and crying in my office, she took the time to comfort me and pray with me. I was touched by her kindness and faith during such a trying time. She was always ready to help others even amidst her own struggles. Your support and love will be missed.
