Ursula Molders, 84 years old, passed away August 9, 2026. She is survived by her son, Eric and his wife, Maria Janelli-Molders. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Sigmund.
Ursula was born in Freiburg, Germany. She met Sigmund and came to America as a young woman. They married, she learned English and became a citizen. She was a homemaker until her husband was diagnosed with MS. She started working at Down to Earth and eventually became greenhouse manager, the title she kept until her retirement.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City from 12-3pm. A luncheon will be held directly after at CityLine in New City for all who choose to attend.
