Alice Timken Lange Lemmon, a retired Legal Secretary passed away at her residence on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the age of 86. Alice was born on September 22, 1940, in New Orleans, Louisiana and was a resident of Kenner, Louisiana. She graduated from St. Stephen High School. She was a parishioner of Divine Mercy Catholic Church and a member of Daughters of Charity.
Alice was the beloved wife of the late Frank Anthony Lange, Jr. by first marriage for 19 years and the late Vives B. “Mike” Lemmon, Jr. by second marriage for 23 years. Daughter of the late Nellie Barrett Timken and John F. Timken, Sr. Sister of John F. Timken, Jr. (Marie). Sister-in-law of Lucille Williams and Richard W. Lange, Sr. Step Grandmother of Steve Lemmon (Liz), Daniel Lemmon and Mollie Lytton (Raef). Step Great-Grandmother of Graeme Lemmon, Everett Lemmon, Gates Lytton and Parker Lytton. Godmother to the late Richard “Richie” William Lange, Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124 on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Visitation begins at 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in St. Rose, LA.
