Anner Mary Russell, born November 2, 1931 in Lake Providence, LA, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Russell, Sr., and great grandson Aarone Russell. She leaves to mourn her passing, children Robert Russell, Sr. (Karen), Herman Russell, Jr. (Beatrice), and Kim Russell-Variste (Carl), eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at New Hope Baptist Church, 1807 LaSalle St., New Orleans, on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park. A visitation will be held at the Church beginning at 9:00 AM.
