Anthony Louis Fazzio, Sr. passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Carolyn Fazzio for over 59 years. Devoted father of Rose Fazzio Middlebrook (Herman), Anthony L. Fazzio, Jr. (Nikki), Ann Fazzio Janis (Marty), and Brian J. Fazzio (Madelyn). Adoring grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of seven. Brother of Diane Medley (Mark) and Peter Fazzio (Patricia). Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 12:00 pm.
