July 13th, 1963 to March 26th, 2021.
We little knew that morning that
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide.
And though we can not see you,
you will always be by our sides.
Our family chain is broken and
nothing seems the same without you.
But as God calls on us one by one
the chain will link again.
As the link may be broken as well as missing a few links the remainder will always be linked to you and missed dearly.
Anthony Giacona was a lifelong resident of Kenner La. and was preceeded in death by his Mother Patricia Cleary Swanson, Father Amedeo Steve Giacona, and Sister Angela Giacona Fearn.
Anthony was the type of person who had huge heart and a personality as big and exaggerated as his stories, which he always had one for everything. He was always doing something or fixing something for someone. There was definitely never a dull moment when he was around that’s for sure.
Anthony leaves behind 2 brothers Steven Giacona, Nicholas Giacona,
1 sister Krista Giacona, 3 nieces Jala Augustine, Ky’lee Bickham, Amanda Hill, 2 nephews Robert D. Giacona, Matthew Giacona, 2nd Mother Carla Giacona, 2nd Father Harry Swanson, 2 Aunts Angel Cleary, Wanda and a Uncle Glenn. He will truly be missed by many, and never forgotten until our chain links again. May you fly high in peace with the rest until we see each other again. We Love you more than tongues can tell ANTNY!!!
