Ashton Robert Crossen passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. He was 72 years old. Loving husband for 48 years to Peggy Brouillette Crossen. Beloved father of Mike Crossen, Kevin Crossen (Angela), and Leslie Crossen. Grandfather of Billy, Gavin, Jake, and Samantha. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Carol Rivet Crossen.
Ashton was a retired Captain with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, with 30 years of dedicated service. He was devoted to his grandchildren, and enjoyed spending his time with them. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and neighbors.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial gathering at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
