Calsidonia “C.J.” Fiorella, Sr. passed away at the age of 81 on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. He was born on February 18, 1941 in Morgan City, LA to the late Anthony Andrew Fiorella and Mamie Kristicevich Fiorella.
Beloved husband of 56 years to Caroline Dotson Fiorella. Loving father of Kelly Fiorella and Calcie Fiorella. Brother of Loretta Latino, Virginia Tusa Overstreet and the late Andrew Fiorella, Calsi Fiorella, Anthony Fiorella and Angelo Fiorella. Adoring grandfather of Logan Encar, Alexa Encar, Sophia Fiorella, Maya Fiorella and C.J. Fiorella.
Mr. Fiorella was the owner of Fiorella Café Restaurant and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was parishioner of St. James Major Catholic Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. James Major Catholic Church, 3736 Gentilly Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70122 on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
