Cameron Greer Dice (age 19) passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12th surrounded by his family and friends. He was employed in the family business at Deubler Electric and a member of IBEW local #130 serving his Apprenticeship. He was a young outdoorsman who truly enjoyed anything that involved hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation and was also a member of Ducks unlimited and the NRA. He is survived by his mother, Amy Foy (Eddie); father, Shannon Dice and 3 younger siblings, Ryan Dice, Rylee Foy and Kooper Foy. His grandparents, EJ & Betty Deubler, Buddy & Kathy Dice and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cameron was a polite, fun loving soul whose final act of kindness was to give of himself one last time as an organ donor. He is now a hero to those whom he has saved and an angel to watch over all of those he has left behind. You will be missed until the day we are together again! Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, on Saturday March 17th 2018, at 1pm. The loss of someone so young is like a terrible blow. But God's comfort can soothe our sorrow.
2 Corinthians 1:2-4. When your spirit needs an extra lift, Jw. or g can offer comfort for the bereaved.

I remember the first time I met Cameron. I think he was 3 or 4, he walked into my office with his Grandma Betty and he was hiding behind her leg. He was the cutest little guy and a flirt already. Fast forward 17 years and I find out he is dating one of my daughter's friends and I see what a wonderful young man he grew up to be, but knowing where he came from, that was a given. Amy, Ms Betty, Mr EJ, everyone who loved Cam, I am so sorry for your loss and I will cherish the memories I have had shared with me about his life. Love you all.

I did not know this young man or his family. but I just want to say my heart is holding the family during this horrible time... Jesus has another handsome young angel in heaven and the family has an angel watching over them.. may Jesus be with them... hugs

When I first met Cameron he was only 3 years old. He loved to play with my dog. He was such a sweet child. I love his family and it breaks my heart that they have to go through this. May God hold them in the palm of his hand. Heaven has a sweeet new angel.

So very sorry for your loss. He was a fine young man who made me laugh at his stories of spending time with his grand-paw.

My accept my sincere condolences to the Dice family. I know first hand the feeling of losing a love one too soon. What helped me to cope were the words of Jesus Christ who promises a resurrection of all those in the memorial tombs. (John 5:28,29). I hope that his promise can bring you a measure of comfort as well.

I’ll never forget when he came to my house and introduced himself as my new neighbor. He and my son, Christian became such good friends after that. Such a polite and beautiful child with an old soul.
May he rest in peace💙
