He is survived by step-brother, Joe DeLouise; nieces and nephews, Jessica, Jacob, Christine, Veronica, Melissa, Wayne Allen, Terri, Michael, Kathy, JoAnn, Eddie, Raymond, Joey, and Larry Charles; as well as numerous other great nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

Chuck was a resident of Kenner for the past 46 years and was a parishioner of Divine Mercy Catholic Church. He began his career at Joval Manufacturing Company. He then went on to become an HVAC technician, which he worked as for most of his life until he retired in 2013. He continued to help anyone who needed him, whether in person or by phone (even from his hospital bed) with the help of his wonderful son-in-law, Michael. He could talk anyone through anything. He loved spending time with his family and friends and telling a good story! He loved his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren as if they were his own children.
The family would like to give special thanks to Beth Guillote, Grace Martinez, and his best friend, Donald Bourgeois, who was “like a brother to him” for all of their help, love, support, and encouragement- especially this past year!
The family would also like to give special thanks to his doctor Craig Walker, the staff at Terrebonne General Memorial Medical Center, and his home health nurse, Johanna.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 2248 in Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
