Cheryl Lane Blanke Lombana passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Cesar Lombana. She is also survived by her sons, Brady Perniciaro (Lisa) and their children, Ashley, Lauren, and Nathan Perniciaro; and Chad Perniciaro (Linda) and their children, Brianna and Michael Navarro, and Kaitlyn and Cade Perniciaro; brothers, Marvin Lane, Jr. (Barbara) and Ronnie Lane (Michelle); sister, Linda Lane as well as many nieces, nephews and extended grandchildren.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Lane Sr. and Rosemary Reese Lane; sister, Nancy Lane Falcon; husbands, George Perniciaro, Jr. and Richard Blanke. Cheryl was a native of New Orleans and was a graduate of Sacred Heart of Jesus. She was CEO of Crescent City Credit Recovery. Cheryl was a member of several organizations including The East Jefferson Republican Women, Obituary Cocktail Club, Crew of Cork, and Chaine des Rotisseurs. Cheryl was also an avid LSU and Saints fan who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena, 105 Bonnabel Blvd., at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018. Visitation will begin at the church at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will be private.
