Claire Zimmer Baudot, passed away in Slidell, Louisiana on January 26, 2025, at the age of 97. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Zimmer and Ada White Zimmer and her beloved husband of 69 years, Joseph H. Baudot, Jr. She is survived by her son, Mark Joseph Baudot (Paula) and her daughter, Maria Baudot Rideau. Loving grandmother of William Rideau, Brent Rideau, Emily Baudot and Christina Baudot. Great-grandmother of Chase Baudot. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Claire was always devoted to her family. They were her priority. The family wishes to thank her private sitter Brenda Populus, Notre Dame Hospice and all others for all their care and support.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans.
