Danny earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from Loyola University and retired as a project manager for a commercial painting company. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed writing and music of many genres.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Esidore Folse and Josephine Vivien Folse and brother, Ronnie Folse.
Danny is survived by his daughters, Kelli Lynn Goede (Jason), Kim Michelle Hanson (Dane), and Stacey Renee Folse and grandchildren, Ethan, Emily, Chase, and Whitney Goede, Nathan, Ryan Benjamin, William Hanson, Shaine Branham (Ami), and Daniel New.
The family would like to give special thanks to the family of George Joint and Eric Brauner.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124. Mass will be officiated by Rev. Mike Frank of St. Rita of Cascia Parish.
