Dominick Boscareno Jr.

Dominick Boscareno, Jr. peacefully passed away on January 16,2024 at the age of 89 at his home in Metairie, Louisiana surrounded by his family. He was born on March 10,1934 to the late Dominick and Elizabeth Boscareno.

Dominick was a devoted husband to Helen Bird Boscareno for 66 years; loving father to Dominick Boscareno III (Donise), Sheila Reid (John), and Gwen Dargis; loving grandfather to Nicole Turner (Christopher), Carley Boscareno, Dominick Boscareno IV, Shauntel Palacios (Richard), Rachel Guillory, Drew Guillory, Gary Crawford (Casie), Rachel Reid (Harris), Danielle DeBardeleben (Will), Stephanie Verges (Brandon), Chelsey Fortier (Sean), and Michael Dargis, Jr.; loving great grandfather to McKenzie Parrish, Hailey Kent, Bryce Turner, Jailyn Tate, Adalynn Wiggins, Alexis Stokley, Allyson Williams, Tripp Crawford, Braxton Crawford, Allie Kate Crawford, Olivia Fortier, and Kenneth Fortier; brother of the late Mary Rose Chastant (Ledoux); and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Dominick was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, retired as a Construction Cost Analyst with the United States Government, and a long-standing member of the New Orleans Bible Church.

A visitation for Dominick will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, and interment thereafter at All Saints Mausoleum.
