Donna Leigh Perez

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Louis J. Perez, Sr., significant other, Eugene Aflonso; brothers, Ralph “Jimmy” Smith, Lester Smith, and Kenneth Smith; and sister, Laura Smith.

She is survived by her sons, Donald McCulloch (Cynda) of Dallas, TX; Paul McCulloch (Karisa) of Lone Tree, CO; and Tasha McClellan (Robbie) of Attalla, AL; sisters, Evelyn Catt of Vincennes, IN and Doris Ferguson of Plainfield, IN; brothers, Chuck Smith (Mary) of Bainbridge, IN, Dale Smith (Jelena) of Grenta, LA, and Butch (Lorie) Smith of Flat Rock, IL; grandchildren, Jonathan Dever, McKayla McCulloch, Paul McCulloch Jr., Brett McCulloch (Amber), Brendan McCulloch, Tyler McClellan, and Violet McClellan; great grandchildren, Copelin McCulloch and Adonijah McCulloch; and other special nieces and nephews.

Donna proudly served her country as a member of the United States Air Force. She worked as a Judge’s clerk in the Social Security Administration. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the St. Bernard Council on Aging.

There are no services scheduled at this time. She will be laid to rest in the veteran’s section of Memorial Park in Vincennes, Indiana.

The family is asking that any memorials be made to the St. Bernard Council of Aging.
