Edmond was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude DeSoto Michot, and son, Ricky Michot. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Edmond Michot, Sr. and Edwina Dupuy Michot, as well as sisters, Theresa M. Dauzat, Locadee M. Ducote, and Mabel M. Ducote.
He is survived by his only daughter, Darcy Flick (Richard); three grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, and Stacie; two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Jacob; and godchildren, Mona Andrus and Nancy Wyant.
A visitation will be held Friday, March 7, 2025 beginning at 10:00 AM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd New Orleans, La 70124, a graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum, 5454 Pontchartrain Blvd New Orleans, La 70124.
