Elizabeth Salzer Bellipanni

On January 4, 2025, Elizabeth Ann Salzer Bellipanni passed away. She was the daughter of the late, Ralph Neil Salzer and Celeste Ann Salzer; the wife of the late Angelo Anthony Bellipanni; sister of the late, Ralph F. Salzer and the late, Daniel J. Salzer. She is survived by her daughter, Ann-Beth Bellipanni Emanuel and her beloved god sons, Ralph F. Salzer MD and Jeffrey D. Salzer ESQ in addition to other nieces and nephews. Elizabeth worked 40 years for Entergy Corp. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce N.O. and the River Region and received the Freedom Foundation Award for two outstanding programs. She was also chairman of the Military Affairs Committee and the Americanism Committee. Elizabeth was a recipient of the medal of St. Louis by the Archdiocese of New Orleans on September 2, 2019. She received an award from the State of Louisiana for her ministry at Heritage Manor in Mandeville for 23 consecutive years until Covid 19. She lived by the following creed: 1. Obedience to Gods word. 2. Gratitude for all things good, bad or indifferent. 3. Having a close personal relationship with God. 4. Growth in holiness. She was also a member of the Beau Chene Garden Club. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services held for Elizabeth on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA. A visitation will be from 11:00AM until 1:00PM. A graveside service will follow in Lake Lawn Park.
