I’ve struggled with the proper wording to truly honor my grandmother, here is my best effort (although I know it’s not nearly enough). 

Over the weekend my last living grandparent, Elizabeth Cobb, passed away. She was a miraculous woman, married to a wonderful man for over 50 years. She was an educator, as well as a mother of 7 children. She was an artist, a musician, a teacher, an amazing cook, a volunteer for countless organizations, lover of history, animals and the arts. She was a class act woman with a wonderful sense of humor and loved by so many. She was a role model to me and truly one of the most fun beings I have had the pleasure of not only knowing but being related to. I was fortunate to get to spend last Thanksgiving with her and will cherish those times forever. I miss you and love you grandmother. Rest in paradise.  ♥️ 


My prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I feel like I've met her through the stories that were told by Patrick! Now knowing that we share the same birthday, I will always think of you. Rest peacefully Mrs. Betty!

Patrick, love listening  to your grandmother stories.  I hope to hear many more. You carry her memory in your heart. My condolences to you and your family. She left behind a beautiful legacy in her family.

Deepest Sympathy to All Family & Friends. Betty Truly Will Never Be Forgotten.  We met many years ago in Roger Carrington’s Watercolor Art Class & spent hours together weekly for many years. Betty, a wonderful artist & true character, who would have thought years later, Patrick Hill, her grandson,  would become my real estate recruit, through the urging of our hair stylist Joan Pinero. I sold Marc’s his house & assisted Gene w much real estate info over the years. It truly is a small world which is a better place, because of all these wonderful people. ❤️🤗🙏
