Elizabeth Crane Dumestre

Elizabeth Crane Dumestre passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at the remarkable age of 101. A native of New Orleans, LA, she was born September 26, 1919 to the late Edward and Rosina Favalora Crane. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Clifford A. Dumestre and her son, Edward C. Dumestre.

Elizabeth is survived by her son, Alexis C. Dumestre III (Camille); her daughter, Deborah D. DeBruler (Dennis); grandchildren, Jennifer A. Lutz, Cynthia D. Rooney (Christopher) and Dennis DeBruler Jr. (Sandra); great-grandchildren, Andrew C. Dumestre, Alex C. Dumestre, Adam Dumestre, Alexis G. Vinti, Amanda F. Tassin (Timothy), Scott D. Frischhertz Jr., Cody A. Frischhertz, Joshua Thomas Ulm, Eric Michael Ulm (Ashley), Nicholas Sylvester DeBruler and Veronica Ann Pearl (Alex); and her great great-grandchildren, Mila Marie Tassin, Lucca Loren Tassin, Carson Ulm, Kaden Ulm, Sage Ulm, Landon DeBruler, Hudson Pearl, Haydon Pearl and Emery Pearl.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass to be held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124 on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow the Mass at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
