Elizabeth “Beth” Reine, beloved family member and friend passed away into eternal peace at East Jefferson General Hospital on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the age of 62. Beth was born on January 30, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In years past she worked as a pharmacy clerk and Personal Care Assistant and volunteered at the Audubon Zoo and Covenant House. She enjoyed art, painting, collecting teddy bears, gift-giving and card games and attending Handicapped Encounter Christ lunches. She also enjoyed living at Metairie Manor and loving her friends there.
Beloved daughter of Doris Scherr Reine and the late Luke Reine. Loving sister of Chris Reine and the late Tommy Reine. Sister-in-law of Linda Reine. Adoring aunt of Anna Reine and Emily Reine.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, La. on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. with a Memorial Mass beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery.
