Elliott is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joy Y. Kipp; daughter Dana Todd (TJ) and son Todd Bebler (Melanie); grandchildren Joshua Todd (Heather), Emily Bebler, Noah Todd (Mckenzie), and Brooke Bebler; great-granddaughters Harper Todd and Rosemary Todd. He is preceded in death by his brothers Clyde Kipp and Leonard Kipp.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 16, 2021 followed by a memorial service at 1:00pm. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park and Mausoleum.
