Elven C. Punch entered eternal rest on Friday, May 5, 2023, at the age of 93. He was born in New Orleans on December 23, 1929 to the late Maurice B. Punch and Virginia Punch. Elven graduated St. Aloysius High School and entered into the Army of the United States. He also served in the Korean War. Elven enjoyed coin and stamp collection.
Elven was the beloved husband of Marguerite Sevin Punch for 73 years. He was the loving father to the late Thomas Punch.
Elven is preceded in death by his brothers; John Punch and Woodrow Punch.
Elven is survived by his Nieces and Nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 10AM until 12PM. The interment will follow at Lake Lawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum
