Eva Hodgson passed away on December 10, 2020 at age 92. She was born on September 11, 1928 in New Orleans to the late John and Maria D’Antonio. Eva is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hodgson, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Charles Hodgson; brother, John D’Antonio (JoAnn); grandchildren, Charles, IV (Kaeli) and Joannah Hodgson Cathcart; great-grandchildren, Aaiden and Zoey Hodgson and Gage Cathcart.
Eva was a legal Administrative Assistant for different attorneys and finished her career working for the Arch Diocese of New Orleans with Arch Bishop Philip Hannan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 12 pm. Visitation will begin at 10 am with interment at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum to follow. Due to the current restrictions, face coverings are required to attend services and will not be provided.
