Fabienne Ann Schaff

Fabienne “Minnie” Schaff died on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 3:00PM at her residence in Metairie. She was a young 64 years of age, and now she is peaceful and free as a butterfly. She was the daughter of the late Louis M. and Grace Bogel Schaff. Beloved mother of Shannon Carson Neumann (Danny) and Erica Carson Flot (Jimmie). Loving grandmother “Minnie” of Daneille, Cain, Skyleigh, Jasmine, Donovan, and Jonas. Sister of Sandra Schaff Wright, Lynn Schaff Parker (Dewey), Deborah Schaff Kramer (Dale), and Louis P. Schaff II (Stephanie). Minnie was an aunt to a host of nieces and nephews.

Minnie was a lifelong resident of Metairie, and a graduate of Archbishop Chappelle High School. She was a parishioner of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. She loved her faith, people, food, travel, “shopping”, and most especially her family.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 10:00AM.
