I taught with at St. Andrew’s, and I adored her. Even though she was only 18 years older than I am, I called Genda “my mother at school.” She was good, honest, and caring, always offering to help. Genda was always talking about her family, her grandchildren. She was love embodied. ❤️

My prayers to Genda’s family. I worked with Genda at Newman. She was always kind, helpful, with an easy humor in her technology position. She had such a warm smile and was enjoyable to work with. My best to the family at this difficult time. Barbara Lyons

Genda and I were born less than 30 days apart and got to know each other before our school age. Our fathers served on the local City Council which allowed us to be together during our early years.
The friendship continued through high school with both having the same interests in our community and school activities. We have had the please for my wife and Genda and Wayne to
share dinners when we were in each others towns in our later lives.
I am sure that Genda's teaching has carried over to her students to learn the same high standards
that Genda lived. I know that she is proud of what the students have accomplished in their
lives and their contributions that have affected all of ours.

I had the pleasure and good fortune to have known and worked with Genda for many years at St. Martin's and later at St. Andrew's. She was very conscientious about providing the best education for the students and supporting teachers. She was a very special lady and will be missed greatly.
