George Joseph Neyrey III, age 83 of Metairie, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born in New Orleans to the late Emelda and George Neyrey, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Gaynel Hunt, his wife Inez and children George IV (Terri), Pamela Owen (Richie), Michael (Late Donna) and Denise Friel (Michael). He had 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He graduated from Our Lady of Good Council School, Holy Cross High and Loyola University with a degree of Doctor of Pharmacy.
He worked at Katz and Besthoff for 39 years and worked his way up to Vice President second in charge of operations. His family always came first and he made sure they had everything they needed including lots of love. The service and burial will be held privately.
