She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Clarence Bearmann and Frances Bergeron Bearmann.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Clarence E. Kron Jr. and their daughters, Sheri Kron Davis (Nathan) and Shannon Kron Logan (Jonathan). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Brianne Kron Whittle (Robert), Grayson Logan, and Parker Logan and great-grandchildren, Robert Whittle Jr., Tatum, and Miles.
Gwynn graduated from Cabrini High School and UNO College. She was a parishioner of Divine Mercy Church. She enjoyed watching The New Orleans Saints and was a Who Dat for life. Gwynn loved shopping but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She was kind, giving, feisty, and very passionate about saving all animals. She will be missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA. Visitation will be held from 10 AM – 12 PM with a prayer service to begin at 12 PM. Inurnment will follow at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
