Harold Francis Breaux, Jr.

Harold was a graduate of Brother Martin High School and then attended University of New Orleans where upon enrolling he was exempt from taking calculus. In his spare time, Harold liked to cheer on the New Orleans Saints and play chess at the Chess Club in Metairie. He was a parishioner of St. Louis King of France.

Harold is survived by his mother, Dolores R. Breaux; sister, Cheryl Breaux Kearney; uncles, Robert J. Roach and Elmer Darwin; and aunts, Kathleen Roach Legnon, Carol Roach, Dianne Belt Darwin and JoAnn Roach.

He was preceded in death by father, Harold F. Breaux Sr.; grandparents, Irma Dantin Breaux, Clarence Breaux Sr., Nellie Hymel Roach and John William Roach; uncles, John William Roach Jr., James Roach, Gerard Thomas Roach, Richard J. Roach, and Clarence (CJ) Breaux Jr.

The family would like to give a special thank you to St. Joseph Nursing Home and St. Catherine Hospice for their compassion and care for Harold.

A visitation for Harold will be held Friday, June 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124. with a memorial mass to follow beginning at 2:00 PM.
