Fe became family when her son met my son Alvin. I fell in love with her. Fe was always full of life and joy. She never let her illness get the best of her. When our entire family went on a cruise she rented an electric wheel chair and she was all over that ship..lol I can see her now going 90 to nothing! When we were at port and she was coming off the ship she met up with another lady who was also in a n electric wheel chair and Fe says you want to race and they both took off as fast as the wheel chairs could go. Now Mike was freaking out...he took off running because he was afraid his mother was going to run off the pier... he was hollering Mom..Mom...omg we laughed so hard. Things like this made Fe the special lady she was. I loved hearing all the stories she had to tell. We would sit up for hours after the guys went to bed and talked. I will miss Fe but she will live on in our memories and of course our hearts forever. Until we meet again Fe fly high.

I have known Mike for the past three years through the Gulf South LGBT Chamber of Commerce. And while I never met his mother, I do know that he deeply care for her and took great care of her during her time here on earth. I know she will be missed, but Mike know that you were a loving and caring son and did all that you could to take care of her. She is in a better place and no longer suffering. If I or the Board can do anything for you, please do not hesitate to reach out. Praying for you and your family.

Fe was one of the finest people I have ever known. She was a joy to have as a working colleague and I will forever treasure the beautiful friendship that we developed over the years we had together. Her charm and wit will remain in our hearts. Her priceless rendition of the telling of Michael's birth still gives us enjoyment and laughter every time we speak of it. Her smile was infectious! She was indeed blessed and deserving of the love and care she received in her final years from two of the finest men we have ever known, Michael and Alvin. Fe's embodiment will live on through her two boys,

Mike & I have been best of friends since high school. We shared so many memories of our Moms and laughed in the good times of it all. We are saddened to hear about Fe and keeping everyone in our prayers especially Mike & Alvin. I have been a witness to the amazing care that they have given his Mom and it’s a true testament to the unselfish love of a son. I know she was not only proud of you both but will always be watching over y’all. God Bless

Michael and Alvin, Uncle Kenny and I are deeply saddened by the loss of your Mother and our dear sister-in-law. Fe has been an integral part of our family for many years and we have shared numerous occasions where we enjoyed her warm and friendly personality and loving ways. As you know, over the past several years we have been getting together for lunch once a month with the sisters- and brothers-in-law. Those lunches turned into hours of sharing family stories over coffee and dessert at one of our homes.
I can say without question that your Mom loved you and Alvin and would never miss the opportunity to tell us how extremely grateful she was for having you both at her side throughout her illness.
We are honored and blessed to have known your Mom. She was truly a blessing in our lives and will be dearly missed.

I am very fortune I have met Fe many years ago through her son Mike , who is like a brother to me. Every time I visited Mike and Alvin , I was able to visit with Fe and made her laugh. We had many dinners together and had a wonderful time. We vacationed together with the entire family in an amazing cruise. I will always have a place in my heart for Fe m, and I was very lucky to be able to spent a weekend with Mike, Alvin, and Fe last month. I will always love her and will remember the great times with had together. She is in heaven watching over all of us. 🙏❤️

Fefe and I were more than best friends. We were sisters for life. I look forward to seeing her again in the place our father has prepared for us in heaven. No more pain. No more suffering.
