Joan faced her illness head on and refused to allow it to stop her from living her life. She was the life of the party and an avid Saints fan who watched every game. Her true zest for life was evident in her love of cooking, dancing, bowling, and going to the casino. Joan was a long-time member of the “Just for Fun” club and went to all the gatherings until she went into home hospice. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family and friends.
