John was a graduate of The Most Holy Name of Jesus School, Jesuit High School and Loyola University. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and went on to establish a successful career in investment banking. John, fondly known as “Bro,” was a larger than life man who lived to the fullest. He was lively and vibrant, as well as generous and loving. “Bro” was a proud Blue Jay, a second-generation member of the Beggars Fraternity and GOSHPA, and a devoted grandfather. He loved the beach, entertaining at the Sand Dollar, singing Irish songs, working in the yard, and spending time with his grandchildren. He will truly be missed by all his family and friends.
The family would like to give special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Woldenberg, Dr. Sidney Smith and Dr. Mike Happel.
