He was the beloved husband of 63 years to June Bindewald Ramoneda. Loving father of Laraine Ramoneda Nicklaw (Jeffrey), Lesley Ramoneda Rye (Keith), Eileen Ramoneda Spedale (Ronnie), and Kent John Ramoneda. Paw Paw to 9 grandchildren, Andrew, Lauryn Nicklaw; Chelsea, Andie, Corey, Patrick Rye; and Natalie, Matthew, Alysia Spedale.
Brother to Vincent Ramoneda (Anne, deceased), and brother-in-law to Joyce Cambias (Jerry, deceased), Beryl and Bill Theriot (both deceased), Ursula (deceased) and Ferd Schaff, Joe and Kathy Bindewald (both deceased), Cathy "Sister Andree' Marie O. Carm." Bindewald, Dave Bindewald (Letty), Michael Bindewald (deceased), and Beth Bindewald. Also survived by cousin Marie Ramoneda Carriere (Frank, deceased) and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
Much appreciation is extended to ANVOI Hospice nurses and all caregivers for their dedicated help during John's long illness.
No public wake or visitation was scheduled. A Memorial Mass and burial were attended and celebrated by the immediate family.
