Joyce was preceded in death by husband John Salsman, Sr.; parents Conley and Gertrude Hall; three brothers William, Raymond, and Fred; two sisters Maxine Martin and Phyllis Mutter; and son Ronald Long. Surviving are three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Missed dearly Joyce will be.
A graveside service for Joyce will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Lake Lawn Park, 5454 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124. Presiding over the service will be her nephew, Larry Guy Mutter.
